Design: Extraction of total RNA was performed using the Trizol Reagent Kit (Invitrogen, USA) following the manufacturers instructions. The high-quality RNA samples were collected for preparation of cDNA library construction by NEB Next Ultra RNA Library Prep Kit (NEB, USA) following manufacturers protocol. The constructed cDNA libraries were sequenced using a Hiseq 2000 sequencer (Illumina, USA).
